We just ate at Slow for the first time on Friday night and really enjoyed it. However, I was surprised to see zucchini in the pasta when it's not currently seasonal and then found out from friends that the menu hasn't changed since Slow opened (which explains the zucchini). Unfortunately for Slow, my friends have said they won't go back again, after having eaten there many times, because they have now had everything on the menu and more than once. So, in hopes of supporting Slow, please consider changing your menu to reflect what's seasonably available. I think that will help drive more repeat business as everyone will be curious what new delicious creations are available.
